The starting point for everything
Grundaren Jarle Mosshäll är tredje generationens timmerman. Men det var när han renoverade konventionellt byggda hus som han såg hur plasten som används i väggarna orsakat mögel och söndervittring.
Det här är inte hållbart, tänkte han. Det måste finnas ett annat sätt. Och det gjorde det. År 2010 uppfann Jarle 3-visjons konstruktion, som grundar sig i den traditionella timringstekniken men är utvecklad ytterligare. Jarle registrerade den så småningom under varumärket Gretaväggen®, och bli inte förvånade om det kommer fler innovationer från samme man.
När vi 2014 började tillverka våra väggelement sa många att det inte skulle gå. Men vi har gått emot en hel bransch och bevisat att det går att bygga hållbart och helt i trä. Nu har utvecklingen vänt. Hela världen vill nu ha hus i trä, eftersom det är det bästa för både vår planet och vår hälsa.

Arne Horten appointed new Chair of the Board at 3-visjon
3-visjon strengthens its board by welcoming Arne Horten as its new Chair of the Board.
With more than 30 years of experience from senior positions across several different industries, Arne brings extensive expertise in business management, organisational development, Lean, continuous improvement, supply chain management and business development. Throughout his career, he has helped build new businesses and production units, as well as led a large number of major projects.
Most recently, Arne served as CEO of Røroshytta (2021–2025). Prior to that, he was CEO of Ren Røros Digital for eight years, where he led the company’s initiatives within fibre network expansion and digital infrastructure. He has also worked as COO and Logistics Manager at Synnøve Finden, with responsibility for logistics and the supply chain at one of Norway’s leading food companies.
In addition to his solid experience from business and industry, Arne has extensive experience in board work and has served as Chair of the Board in several companies. Since 2018, he has also been President of the Norwegian Biathlon Association, where he leads the development of Norwegian biathlon at both national and international level.
